Blue&Elastic

Have you ever touched an eggplant?

Well, at least for that feeling you just must cook the Blue&Elastic dish.
Step 1. A pleasant challenge for a woman- shopping.




Step 2. Choose the right
     a)eggplant, blue and elastic enough. Ripe and pleasant to touch. You can't get it wrong here!

      b) tomatoes, but not the blue ones this time!

      c) ham

      d) cheese

Step 3. Bring it home safely and wash it thouroughly.


Step 4. Here comes the creative part! Remember the chinese fan? Make your blue&elastic eggplant look exactly like that. Rub it with salt and let the fan-like vegetable rest for half an hour.


Step 5. Cut ham, cheese and tomatoes in thin slices. Put the slices in the fan.

Step 6. Cover the dish with a mixture of mayonnaise, garlic and parsley.

That's it!
The fan is ready to be put into the oven. You will begin to sense the smell in 10 minutes.

Wait another 20 and the Blue&Elastic dish can be served!
