Think Italian…think Sicily mafia…think lazy italian afternoon..think LASAGNA!
In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes…Season with sugar, basil, salt, pepper, and parsley. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain noodles, and rinse with cold water. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Prepare a Bushamel sauce: melt 100 g of butter, add 800 ml milk warm milk+ 4 spoonfuls of flours.
To assemble, spread 1/3 of meat sauce and 2/3 of the Bushamel sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange noodles lengthwise over meat sauce. Spread with ½ of the sauce. Top with cheese.. Repeat layers, and top with remaining Bushamel sauce (the remaining 1/3 of it).
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese 15 minutes before you take lasagna out of the oven.
